  • This is the first drive video - from the VERY first time our E30 has driven with the V8 underhood, on September 15th, 2010. The video camera operator was new to this, so its a bit shaky on the long zoom bits. We reveal the engine in the video - which was hidden from the public for over 11 months!
  • More details on the engine we used in our 1986 BMW E30. We built this car for $2010 to compete in a magazine challenge.
  • Terry driving the Evo at an SCCA Regional. Amy and Terry PAXed 15th and 16th out of 126, but the car can do better. We didn't get good recordings of Amy's runs or Terry's much faster Run 3 or 4.
  • Terry driving the EVO on his 3rd run, Day 2 at the SCCA Vail Valley National Tour, August 2, 2009. Car has a nasty front end push (understeer) that we've since worked out.
  • Brian driving the Vorshlag E36 LS1 Alpha car with the new 490 whp 7.0L V8 motor, on 4 year old Kumhos. Traction was limited, and the car was a bit of a handful, but driving this car is still the most fun you can have with your clothes on. This was testing done at Mineral Wells on June 25, 2009.
  • This is the video from the NASA TWS Event August 2009. You'll notice when the car gets above 120mph in video starts to get garbled. This is because there was a drivetrain vibration. In the closing seconds you'll see the outcome of that vibration, the transmission fails at 155 mph on the front straight.

  • Fair driving the Vorshlag E36 LS1 car at Eagles Canyon Raceway on Oct 11, 2008. Car was run in NASA's TTU Time Trial class, winning by a large margin, and setting fastest lap time for all Time Trial groups and track record.
  • John Scheier (spelled wrong in video!) first run from SCCA Solo Nationals in the Vorshlag E36 M3, STU class. This was Fair's first attempt at editing/uploading a video. Camera used was a GoPro Hero 3, mounted on the roof with a homemade suction cup mount (thanks, Costas!)
