We install the first AST 4100 setup into a Vorshlag Test Pilots NA chassis Miata.

Rear "NA" chassis Miata with AST 4100 coilover

Tighten rear shock mount studs with the original top nuts. Deep 14mm socket and extension used.

The ride heights are guessed at in this step, and once we put the car back on the ground it was lifted up again to adjust the lower spring perch location. The included 6mm Allen hex wrench is used to loosen the clamping bolt on the lower spring perch. TIGHTEN THIS BOLT TO NO MORE THAN 7 FT LBS.
